March 28, 2010 - Kanai Sensei Memorial

All members are invited to celebrate the life of Kanai Sensei at a memorial on Sunday, March 28th from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. There will be only one morning practice from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, after which we will have the memorial service. There will be potluck lunch so please sign up and let us know what you can bring. We invite you to share your stories, pictures and videos/DVDs of Kanai Sensei.

Focus Classes

In response to requests from students at ATJB, Itoh Sensei will be focusing on specific aspects of Aikido in a series of Sunday morning classes. These classes will provide a unique opportunity to study important aspects of Aikido with more direct attention. All are invited to attend these special classes that are free to our membership.

• Sunday February 14, 2010 - 10am: Effective Attacks
• Sunday March 14, 2010 - 10am: Sabaki: Whole Body Movement in Aikido
• Sunday April 11, 2010 - 10am: Effective Joint Techniques
